This week in science 15

This week in science we did a mash mellow challenger  if the group from the begging of the year.  For the first 1 time no talking for the second want talking we have fun in the second one because we can talk we are group





This week in science I lean a lot because before I came to this class i did not know a lot but now i know because david teach me . The mash mellow challenger was the best project ever  because we use  spaghetti and marshmallow.What I notice is that the spaghetii Brock in 123 but we put a lot of tep so they can stay together. What Connection that I see was that we did it more good when we was talking but when we did talk we did not did a good jap because we did not communicate. The question that I have is why we as to put the smash melon in the from. I discovered is that we put a lot of tap they stay together how come because the spaghetti Brock so we need to put tap. This week i science #12

This week in science we got spider and some spider was dead then we put food on the spider place  for they can eat and they eat everything food that we put on the place. Then we made book that show what we did this week. We take a test for we can learned what exam coming for the regents.

I learned that if  the spider as a leg missing they die and don't walk lot around. The spider has long legs and can be mistaken for daddy long. I know to that do book that we did is going to help as to do better on the test. Another idea that i leaned was they don't eat every food they see. I am still unsure about why they don't eat every food they see. What i notice was they like they house they living on. One connection I made was between spider and food they consume.

TWIS #11

This week in science we when to the park in group to get are material for are project then we was looking for warm in the land for we can make a ecosystem for are spider . when we was looking for warm i did not like because we did not fand one so we as to go to different place to get the warm. We when to the park and we take picture for you can see that the spider  need.


I Learned that if you go to the park and you look you see that everything you need for the project you fand the material.  when we was looking for  little warm is difficult to fand the warm but if is big is difference because you fand the warm they and we i was ready the infirmation i saw that the warm as 6-8 eye.

         What i did:
  • We did a project on purity of school water ,  Brooklyn water  and queens water . Put a pill in the water for sample to see if the water has bacteria
  • We  went outside the class to ask people if they care about the environment. We asked ten questions about how they protect the environment in their every day lives
  • Made a poster for the environment about recycling. we will make it into a T-Shirt
  • I made 3 designs for my slogan for the environment '' One starts, Million Continue''
  • Put together information about city waster on the internet and i summarized it
  • I entered the answer from our question into the computer to make a graph
  • I learned to work with other people
  • Do you know in NYC most of the people use the train
  • Do you know people don't care the  environment                                                                                                  


         what i learned :

  • The school water turned red because it had bacteria. the Brooklyn and queens water were yellow it had no bacteria
  •  Learned how to make a better design with professional named adam. I learned how to work in a group
  • I learned that a lot people use their T.V and computers all day. The people in china town use the train a lot. Only 3 people we asked used a car
  • I learned how to make my design colorful so it wold be noticed
  • I learned  that NEW YORK creates 13,000 tons of waste every day. This coast the city one half billion dollars
  • The graph showed that people use the computer and the cars the most
  • Other can help me when i need it. And together we can finish a big project

wasted: NEW YORK CITY'S giantgarbage problem

This article is about how waste or garbage is ruining the environment. They explain how they
 how" New York city has 8 millior residents and businesses construction  and how in december 2001 the city last garbage dump".what i did not understand was how water come out and how water. I think that if people star
recycling the wasted.Some people recycling in the house and in the park but that is not a lost we need more people to recycling. Now that the people are making more building.

this week in science #8

This week in science we did a project about cricket and Crawfish
we as to open the cricket for we can see the belly and what they got inside. The first you as to get a part then we as to get are animal then we as to open the animal for we can see what the crawfish and cricket .
The crawfish and cricket  are from the members of  Astacoidea and Parastacoidea . I was thinking that they going to have the same put did jot because they are diffident animal.

what i learned was that they come from the same family and the same place and they don't have the same belly. My idea was that they as to bring big animal. I am still unsure about the belly that cawfish gat because is different. I notice that they don't look the same. What i don't undertant was that they are difference color and they eat the same food . What i did between the crawfish and crawfish was  my group take one animal and then we open the animal i notice between the crawfish and cricket that they live in the same place but i think that they don't like each other

this week in science #9

WHAT WE DID:

This week in science we did a project about crawfish and  perch. First we slice the crawfish, so that we can see inside the belly. We have to name all the parts of the crawfish. Then we have to write what  we learned.  Then we open the perch and when look inside the belly we see the perch  pregnant and it had eggs inside.


WHAT I LEARNED :

This week in science I learned how to work in a group and how to open a crawfish and perch.  I learned
too that when you open the perch it smells bad and you have to open all the windows.

structures and function:  Nicolle and I opened the perch and the two other people opened the skate. The perch and the skate both have eyes, eggs in ovary  and the heart. The similarity of the eyes is that is little and then can see  in  the water but they live in diffrents place. The perch and skate have a heart

this week in science #6

  Me and Nicolle have a crawfish we as to name the parts of the crawfish  we Dorsal view like every named form the crawfish part. The ventral view is that we as to name the fronts of the crawfish and the proximal location of the part of the crawfish  is the eye, antenna , restron e ye , carapace, uropod , cervical  groove  and legs. the environments of the craw fish is in the water the live they for thy can be a live. the craw fish  adaptation  really fast because is water i think bout the water a to be the same because they are different than the fish only a little big.t the feature of the is red if big leg and big antenna. the anterior of the craw fish , i don't know a lot about the anterior but i think that is when they are really old and how they look now on the future.

In this project  i learned  the part of the craw fish how  we cant open a craw and  look the differences of another animal  that i like about  this project was when we as to open the craw fish with Nicolle .  what i don't  did not undertant was that they got a lot of  poop . why they got all that they if they life in the water.  my connection between the crawfish and my other projects was the behavior  about the crawfish

this month in science

  This month we did a video of arctic tundra. winter and summer the sun come out, almost  24 hour but in winter is really  cot so they dont come out a lot because is cot. The video that my group make was tundra but every single person from my group as to do want because we as to get difference  information to we cant make the project.  What  i learn when i was doing this project was that my group work together and they help me and we get information together like the group that we are  we as to make a photo of a animal that we as to drown how we want we as to  writer  the part of the animal 

The major idea is that the water in arctic is covered by ice. The includes my thoughts about what i learn is that  animal like  more summer than winter because they cant go out more but some animal like winter because they really hot i they cant not so they like more winter  in the summer animal that like winter cant be out because is really hot and they can get  sick
